1. What types of end-products can you create?

How about if we answer a question with a question – several, actually. Do you need something slicker than a Powerpoint slideshow for a big presentation? How about an annual report featuring video of your CFO? A spinning 3D model of your product so clients can play with it before buying? A weatherproof kiosk for your stores? Or maybe some fresh materials to play on a plasma screen or video wall at the next national conference?

There are probably millions of ways to combine graphic design, GUI programming, photography, videography, music composition, voiceovers, sound effects, animation and database programming but we haven’t counted them all. Let’s just say that many of these “building block” technologies can be combined in ways you may not have even thought of yet. Or, a number of ways that you have thought of…not everything needs to be revolutionary.

We’re proud of how broad our in-house skill set really is. Suffice to say, if it can be put on a DVD, CD-ROM, audio CD, website or crammed into a kiosk or some other electronic doodad with a screen, we can probably make it happen.

2. So, how much does this stuff cost?

Let’s be up front about this. We’re not one of those “how much you got?” companies. However, the old cliché that “you get what you pay for” is applicable to multimedia products. We start every project by listening to what you really need. It helps us recommend the right technologies and give you the biggest bang for your budget requirements.

Since each project has it own set of unique characteristics, we don’t have a printed menu that says “CD-ROMs: $250/pound, Websites: $189.99/page or Video:$1012.72/minute.” Honestly, it’s not that simple. We’re still on the lookout for “The Standard Project.” You haven’t seen it, have you?

So, can we make you a top of the line DVD with 90 minutes of custom video and music for $100? Only if you can find us a late model Bentley in showroom condition for $20,000… and, we’ll take two, if you please. Seriously, though, you don’t need to spend a fortune to end up with a high-quality sales or training tool that does double or even triple duty.

Drop us a line. We’re easy to talk to and eager to figure out how we can help.

3. How will all this “interactive media” help me?

Simple: Your customers will be so mesmerized by the fancy, shiny materials we produce, they won’t realize they’re writing you a check.

Or…maybe it takes a little more to convince them. Maybe that message delivered via an interview with your CEO holds some weight. Maybe seeing your product brought to life makes them understand exactly why it would work so well for their company.

Maybe you have a lot of people to train in a lot of different locations. Maybe doing something electronic would be cheaper than plane tickets and hotels (what are we saying, “maybe?”). Maybe you’d like to re-purpose these same materials and be able to use them for sales, training and the next big trade show.

Maybe your sales team needs updates a few times a year. And maybe they happen to spend a lot of time in the car, where MP3s or audio CDs are perfect for their commute.

Maybe your company just got a bunch of 50” plasmas for the trade show but needs something new and exciting to show on them. Maybe it would be nice to have that very same material up on the website or on a CD or DVD to send out to customers.

There are a lot of maybes here. Maybe you’ve already gotten the point. Maybe you’re even picking up the phone right now.

4. How does a typical project progress?

Ever see one of those “Making of…” segments on a DVD movie release? We’ve always thought it might be fun and informative to make one of those ourselves. So much effort goes into any project we create and some of it is actually interesting to watch. The problem is that we’re always so busy designing amazing things and hitting deadlines that you’ll have to settle for a boring text description until “TeraPixel: Behind the Scenes” is released in all its widescreen, high-definition glory.

Our game plan goes something like this:

  • listen extensively to your needs and vision
  • submit a detailed proposal with project deliverables and cost/time to complete
  • have a kick-off meeting, gather information and confirm understanding
  • create a detailed project flow chart, get your feedback and approval
  • develop and present design options, more feedback and approval
  • arrange location video/photo shoots as necessary
  • collaborate on content
  • then all the fun begins: video editing, interface programming, sound design, music composition, voiceover recording, animation, packaging design, duplication

We work with you throughout the process to make sure that everything being created is even more exciting than you envisioned. FYI… we make video outtakes available to the highest bidder.

5. Why TeraPixel?

This cuts to the chase, now, doesn’t it?

We’re fairly modest people, making bragging a little tough for us.

Perhaps, our answer is best expressed in this manner.  We work very hard to understand your business scenario. It's not about what we think is cool or what multimedia technology we would like to see you use. From Day One, this is your show. We just want to be your "go-to" team behind the scenes that produces a great product for you - gets you and your company the recognition and applause you deserve.

Further, we love what we do. No, seriously. This stuff is fun. We like technology. We like toys. Cameras are cool. High-tech portable blue screen? Robotic DVD duplicators? We specialize in using all these toys to produce end products that solve real business problems and help you achieve your goals.

Plus, we’re talented, creative, enthusiastic and we consistently turn out products that our clients love. Or, at least there’s some reason they keep coming back. Maybe it’s because we’re professional but still fun to work with? Maybe it’s because we always go above and beyond? Maybe it’s just our keen fashion sense?
